Our real estate activities take place in selected markets where real estate values for our clients, fellow investors and the local community will be maximized. Focusing generally throughout South Eastern Michigan, we will conduct business in areas where appreciation has growth potential and opportunity for positive cash flow is present. 

We will manage all (or portions - depending on our clients’ needs) aspects of real estate transactions from analyzing the properties, to acquisition, rehabilitation, property management and disquisition if appropriate for single and multi family residential and commercial properties.  Through this process we will provide affordable, long lasting, sophisticated living spaces and properties back to people of our communities.
